An offshore yacht race will take place from 27 February 2016 (Saturday) to 28 February 2016 (Sunday). About 35 yachts are expected to participate in the race.The race will start in the vicinity of Tai Long Pai, off Shek O at 1030 hours on 27 February 2016. It will follow a south-easterly route outside the Tathong Channel and East of Waglan Island, thence to the waters outside Hong Kong. The race will finish at Tathong Channel Separation No.1 Buoy (TCS1) at about 1600 hours on 28 February 2016.Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of vessels navigating in the vicinity of the race routes should proceed with caution, giving practical consideration to the contestants. Suspension of traffic for bridge works
