Help NAMEPA raise
$25,000 to initiate a video-based public awarness campaign on the importance of the world maritime industry and its seafarers to the health and growth of the global economy
NAMEPA will collaborate with Maritime TV to produce a series of Video News Release (VNRs) and Public Service Announcements (PSAs) for distribution to the mainstream press and media outlets, worldwide.
About The NAMEPA/Maritime TV Public Awareness Campaign For The World Maritime Industry and It’s Seafarers
Beginning in July, 2016 NAMEPA  and Internet TV Channel Maritime TV  will collaborate to produce a series of in-depth Video News Releases (VNRs) and Public Service Announcements (PSAs) highlighting the vital economic importance of the world maritime industry and the seafarers who sail its ships. This campaign initiative is a result of a strong and positive industry response to a 6-part video series which aired on Maritime TV in early 2016 that identified an historical pattern of negative mainstream press coverage and inaccurate media reporting surrounding the global maritime industry as a whole. The resulting industry feedback led to a consensus that a campaign should be undertaken to counter this negative public image.  As part of its overall mission to proactively preserve ocean resources and present the maritime industry in a positive light, NAMEPA, in cooperation with Maritime TV, answered the call to action with this important campaign.
Campaign Sponsorship Levels

$5000 – Captain’s Level – Corporate Logo/Personal Name featured on NAMEPA and Maritime TV World Maritime Industry Public Awareness Campaign Sites as Captain’s Level Sponsor. In addition, option to have sponsored be featured in Video News Release with interview sound bit supporting the industry. Full sponsor video interview to be featured on Maritime TV.
$2500 – Mate’s Level – Corporate Logo/Personal Name featured on NAMEPA and Maritime TV World Maritime Industry Public Awareness Campaign Sites as Mate’s Level Sponsor. Full video interview to be featured on Maritime TV. Sponsor video interview to be featured on Maritime TV
$1000 – Seaman’s Level – Corporate Logo/Personal Name featured on NAMEPA and Maritime TV World Maritime Industry Public Awareness Campaign Sites as Seaman’s Level Sponsor.
