The Board of Oslo Børs approves Unified Messaging Systems for listing

oslo bors19/12/2016 – At its meeting on 19 December 2016, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to admit the shares in Unified Messaging Systems ASA to listing on Oslo Axess.

The Board stipulated that, prior to the first day of listing the company must:
* publish an approved prospectus
* satisfy the requirements for spread of share ownership among the general public as specified in the section 2.4.1 of the Listing Rules
* raise at least NOK 62,5 million in new equity through its planned share issue

The Board authorised the Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 2 February 2017.
