Have you been with your family for Whale Weeks? T / 3 September can still enjoy young and old of all the fun activities! The exhibition “Ode to Amsterdam ”s additional open until 21:00 pm on Wednesday, August 9th. Also, the Maritime Museum in the coming Uitmarkt host to special dance performances. We see in the museum this month?

UITMARKT AT THE MUSEUM
During Uitmarkt on 26 and 27 August there is a large dance stage. Our indoor courtyard forms the enchanting backdrop for both modern (including Introdans) and classical (including National Ballet) dancing. The museum is free during the weekend.   Come see, do not miss it! Photo: Michel Schnater.

POP-UP HISTORY
During Uitmarkt on Saturday 26 and Sunday, August 27th there are free pop-up history tours. Discover an exciting hidden story, told by a museum guide from 12.00 to 17.00. What story you hear and where is a surprise!

LAST WEEKS WHALE
Still t / m September 3 there Whale Week at the museum. Have you been on whaling expedition? Get outside up with whales, go on expedition or join the kindergarten program! With the exception of 26 and 27 August (Uitmarkt).

UITMARKT: SILENT DISCO
Friday August 25 from 20:00 pm Silent Disco! In the Open Pleyn take six famous clubs in Amsterdam (such as Club NYX and Chicago Social Club) in a race. DJs from two clubs compete against each other to attract the most listeners. So headphones and dancing it!

MINI COLLEGE BLAEU: NOVA ZEMBLA & RETENTION HUYS

The museum, restaurant and shop are open 7 days a week from 09.00 to 17.00.
Closed on January 1st (New Year), April 27 (King’s Day) and December 25 (Christmas Day 1st).
