The Vacuisine© Vacuum Drawer sous-vide technique involves sealing ingredients in special vacuum bags, then cooking them slowly at temperatures between 30 – 100°C.

Thanks to the protective vacuum-sealed shell, the food’s natural flavour, attractive colour and texture are better preserved, along with valuable vitamins and nutrients. A gentle cooking method, the new Vacuum Drawer by VZUG not only enables an incomparable taste experience but is healthier too!
