The Board of Oslo Børs approves Shelf Drilling for listing

19/06/2018 – At its meeting on 19 June 2018, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to admit the shares in Shelf Drilling, Ltd. to listing on Oslo Børs.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of listing must satisfy the listing requirements on Oslo Børs. If the requirements on Oslo Børs are not met, the company will be accepted for listing on Oslo Axess, provided that the listing requirements on Oslo Axess are satisfied.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Oslo Stock Exchange determines the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 3 August 2018.
